Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

Must be enrolled into one of Concorde's Physical Therapist Assistant degree programs as of May 1, 2024.

Maintain a 3.0 or above GPA

Preference given to students who have completed or fulfilling their clinical rotation at a Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center
