PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT
 As a Patient Care Assistant, you will work closely with doctors and other medical professionals in administering therapeutic programs and monitoring the condition of your patients.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients for changes in condition and recording and reporting those changes, setting up and operating therapeutic equipment, instructing and supervising patients about rehabilitative therapy, helping to carry out planned patient care programs, and assisting medical staff in changing dressings and conducting patient examinations.
How long is the program?
Our Patient Care Assistant Program is 23 weeks long.
Will I receive hands-on, real world job experience?
In addition to the realistic laboratory environment Concorde provides, we also offer hands-on working experience called an externship. Our Patient Care Assistant externship is 5 weeks long.

Look for your potential job category and see for yourself how many great opportunities will be available to you when you complete your Concorde training. Jump online and search some of the excellent job resource websites for opportunities in your field. The jobs are out there... so don't wait any longer if you want to work in Health Care. Will I receive any special certificates or qualifications?
- Concorde Career College Diploma
- Graduates are prepared and eligible to sit for the State of Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant examination.

We know how important this question is to most of you. We have found that our program costs may change slightly with each new session. For that reason, we are unable to provide cost information on our website. We are, however, very happy to discuss our current program costs with you personally. Please give us a call anytime.
