North Hollywood Dental Assistant Program Director

Jill Massey, RDA

My passion for healthcare and helping others led me to a career in dental assisting. I love the hands-on aspect of the job and the opportunity to work with patients on a daily basis. I found it extremely rewarding assisting dentists and helping patients have a positive visit to the dental office.

In our dental assistant program, students can expect to gain both an understanding of the dental field and the skills needed to excel. There is a lot to learn and practice in the lab, as well as apply during their externship. For some, it may feel intense but I want students to know that I am here to help them throughout the program and even be a resource after they graduate.

Being the dental assistant program director combines my passions and I am excited to be a part of the educational process. The opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with students, motivates me to come to work each day. It's humbling to know that I can have a positive impact on the next generation of dental professionals.
