Adela Mills, CRDH, BASDH, MS Ed., EdD

When my mentor put in a good word for me at a Dental Hygiene school, I was a Dental Assistant at the time and hadn’t given career advancement much thought. Then the Dental Hygiene program director from that school called me and said, “We have someone here that said we would not be smart if we didn’t accept you.” I hadn’t applied to the school yet!

My mentor instilled in me the mentorship aspect of learning by believing in me. He changed the direction of my life.

From being a clinician in a private dental practice, an educator, business owner, going on medical missions or working in the public arena at school-based programs, military bases and more, there’s so much growth potential.

Your dreams are goals with deadlines. By choosing Concorde, you will be in the hands of a dedicated staff focused on helping you make your career dreams a reality.

I’m excited to come to work at Concorde each day because it empowers me to change lives in the same manner that my mentor did for me.
